Safety First
We want every ride to be safe for everyone, and it’s on all of us to make it happen. Flat Rate Travel drivers and passengers are held accountable to everyone in the vehicles by:
- Wearing a face mask or covering
- They will not ride or drive with Flat Rate Travel if they have COVID-19, been exposed to someone with COVID-19, think they have it, or have related symptoms
- Drive will sanitize vehicles after every trip
- They will keep vehicles clean and sanitize their hands frequently
- They will leave windows open when possible and avoid re-circulated air when possible
- Passengers will not ride in the front seat
- No smoking
